These days, dishes are used to being fused and re-inspired. And this is nothing new. Over the years, famous dishes have taken on new ownership due to popularity. As a result, people forget the origin of their favorite food. For example, the US has adopted the hamburger as one of its national dishes. There’s nothing wrong with that, as it is a commonly associated meal with American culture. However, tracing the roots of the humble burger will tell you that it originated alongside hot dogs in Germany. Of course, the original German burger is nothing like the ones they have in the US, in Asia, or in other parts of Europe.
